TWO-LAYERED METAL FIBERS AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

A two-layered metal fiber includes: a central metal layer; and a silver (Ag) layer which surrounds the external surface of the central metal layer. The central metal layer uses a Cu-Zn alloy where a Zn content is 38-49 weight%. Therefore, the two-layered metal fiber can maintain the machinability such as a drawing process and prevent a cyanidation phenomenon of the color changing into blue.
