<p>The present invention provided an attaching apparatus which can prevent mixing of vapor due to advanced attaching, and can attach a second plate-like member as to a first plate-like member in the atmosphere. An attaching apparatus (1) comprises: an attaching start supporting part (10) for regulating up and down movements of an attaching start part (201) of a second plate-like member (200); an attaching end supporting part (20) for regulating the up and down movements of an attaching end part (202) of the second plate-like member (200); and a middle supporting part (40) which travels in the same direction as an attaching roller (30) as supporting the second plate-like member (200) at the middle position between the attaching end part (202) and an attaching position (P) pressed by the attaching roller (30). During traveling of the attaching roller (30), the attaching end supporting part (30) continues to support the attaching end part (202) at a position lower than the attaching start part (201). Also, the middle supporting part (40) continues to support the middle position of the second plate-like member (200) at a position lower than the attaching start part (201) and higher than the attaching end part (202).</p> |
