1. A method for binding a protein to a surface of a substrate, the method comprising the following steps (A) to (C):
(A) preparing said substrate with the surface represented by the following chemical formula: wherein n represents an integer within the range of 2 to 20; (B) supplying a solution containing said protein to the surface, wherein said protein consists of a D domain of a Protein A, and a C-terminal of said D domain of said Protein A is linked to the serine residue of an amino acid sequence represented by SEQ ID NO:1(SFNRNEC); and (C) binding the cysteine residue of the amino acid sequence represented by SEQ ID NO:1 to the surface of said substrate. |
