<p>Disclosed is a cutting device collecting chips and cutting oil based on vacuum cyclone. The cutting device collecting chips and cutting oil based on vacuum cyclone according to the present invention comprises: a cut chip sucking unit (10) of which one side is extended and opened to the external part of a rotary shaft (100); a vacuum motor (11) providing acoustic pressure to suck cutting oil (114) and cutting chips (112) with air; a transmission pipe (12) moving air including the cutting chips (112) and cutting oil (114); a body (130) which has a conic shape of which the diameter becomes smaller as it goes down and is connected to the transmission pipe (12); a cyclone generation device (13) having a fan (134) rotated by a motor (132) placed at the bottom of the body (130); a discharging pipe (14) discharging the cutting chips (112) including cutting oil (114) and connected to the bottom of the cyclone generation device (13); a cutting chip collecting box (15) in which the top is opened and the bottom has a mash net (152); a filtering tank (16) filtering the cutting oil (112) passing through the mash net (152); and a cutting oil providing motor (17) for providing cutting oil (114) separated from the filtering tank (16) to a cutting unit of a drilling device. The cutting device collecting chips and cutting oil based on vacuum cyclone according to the present invention does not make cut chips scatter around processing articles when processing metal and does not make cut chips fall on the processing articles, so that the present invention does not mess a working place up and defect rates of processing articles can be significantly reduced.</p> |
