A low noise drag type vertical-axis win turbine is disclosed. The drag type vertical-axis wind turbine comprises: a central axis vertically fixed; and a plurality of blades of which leading edges are connected to the central axis or provided to be spaced from each other. The blades keep horizontal cross sections and trailing edges of the blades form a sine-wave formation vertically to induce the phase difference of air leaving the trailing edges.
