The present invention relates to a composition to manufacture a vehicle tailgate inner frame using thermosetting composite materials, and a method to manufacture a vehicle tailgate inner frame using the same. The present invention provides a composition to manufacture a vehicle tailgate inner frame using thermosetting composite materials, and a method to manufacture a tailgate inner frame using the composition wherein the composition is composed of 60-70 wt% of a mixture based on a thermosetting resin and 30-40 wt% of a reinforcing agent; has improved structural stability, flexural strength, flexural modulus, and impact strength; satisfies a standard odor for a car interior material; and is lightweight and allows design freedom. According to the present invention, the tailgate inner frame can be manufactured using the thermosetting resin composite materials, thereby satisfying various necessary physical properties and excellent formability; designing various structures; and shortening the part manufacturing process due to the reduction in weight of the vehicle body and the decrease in the number of parts.
