The present invention relates to a digital information inheritance method. The digital information inheritance method according to the present invention is executed by a server. The method comprises the steps of: receiving digital information that a designated heritor will inherit from a user, information about the designated heritor, and information reading conditions from a user terminal; if the information reading conditions are satisfied at the point of time when the designated heritor requests the reading of the digital information, performing sealing such that the digital information is read by the designated heritor; mapping the sealed digital information, user information, the heritor information and the information reading conditions and storing the mapped information in a storage medium; notifying heritor designation for the digital information to the designated heritor; authenticating a heritor connected through a terminal; confirming the information reading condition for the digital information which is set such that the authenticated heritor inherits from the storage medium, and authenticating whether the information reading condition is satisfied or not; and unsealing the sealed digital information if the information reading condition is satisfied, and providing a heritor terminal with the unsealed digital information.
