Provided is a frequency fixing device. According to the present invention, a frequency fixing device includes a digital controlled oscillator outputting a clock signal having a specific frequency, a divider outputting a feedback clock signal having a specific magnification of a reference clock signal by dividing the outputted clock signal at a specific division ratio, a frequency detector outputting an up/down counter signal by determining whether a sampling result has a predetermined value by sampling the reference clock signal with the feedback clock signal, and a digital filter outputting a control code to control the frequency of the clock signal outputted from the digital controlled oscillator according to the up/down counter signal. |
