An apparatus capable of displaying video data in a communication terminal for a video call and a method thereof are provided to selectively display contents-related images or video communication-related images on the current screen when the video communication is connected while contents are being reproduced. A method for displaying video data in a communication terminal for a video call comprises the following steps. Video communication is connected while contents are being played back(S202). Images which will be displayed on a screen by the video communication are selected(S205). The selected images are displayed on the screen of the communication terminal(S206). |
