The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing compost using fallen leaves, which can prevent acidification of soil and makes cultivation of ecofriendly and organic agriculture products possible, and the compost manufactured by the same. The method includes the steps of: (a) removing impurities after collecting the fallen leaves; (b) grinding the fallen leaves using a grinder; (c) destroying tissues of the fallen leaves ground in the step (b); (d) fermenting a mixture of effective microorganism (EM) bio, sugar, and water at the constant temperature; (e) mixing waste oriental herb medicines; (f) fermenting a mixture of the fallen leaves of which tissues are destroyed in the step (c), the mixture fermented in the step (d), the waste oriental herb medicines mixed in the step (e), and water; and (g) finishing a manufacturing the compost with the mixture fermented in the step (f). |
