The present invention relates to a transparent ice production method and a supercooling control method using an electric and magnetic field. The transparent ice production method and the supercooling control method using an electric and magnetic field according to one embodiment of the present invention includes an electrode for applying an electric and magnetic field and an inner case where stored goods are mounted. According to one embodiment of the present invention, an ice manufacture storage and supply device includes an ice manufacture storage tank, an ice manufacture supply pipe, and an ice manufacture supply bell. According to one embodiment of the present invention, a meat freeze protection device includes an auto ice manufacture device. More particularly, in an aspect of the present invention, the transparent ice production method and a supercooling control method using an electric and magnetic field can include other embodiments. |
