FIELD: engines and pumps.SUBSTANCE: rotary pump housing (24) comprises front end plate (56) and rear end plate. Pump housing accommodates stator (40, 48), rotor (42), scraper (44) and scraper guide (46), shaft (8), extending through, at least, read end plate. Stator comprises, mainly, arc-like stator first element (40) making half the circle and, mainly, arc-like stator second element (48) making half the circle. Stator, pump housing and scraper and scraper guide confine inlet and discharge chambers. At least the part of end surfaces of stator first and second elements in discharge chamber is inclined to make obtuse transition to inner surfaces of front and rear end plates.EFFECT: decreased sizes, transfer of emulsions with solids, particularly, liquid explosives, reliable and safe process.21 cl, 5 dwg |
