The present invention relates to sauce using squid ink and a manufacturing method thereof and, more specifically, to sauce using squid ink, black beans, and black rice and a manufacturing method thereof. The sauce of the present invention is natural black sauce using the squid ink, black beans, and black rice; and is functional by containing anthocyanin of black rice and taurine of squid ink, and accordingly, can be used in fermented food industry. |
