Disclosed is a device for cleaning the surface of a web, capable of discharging a web after removing stains or dirt by cleaning the surface of the continuously supplied web without stoppage. The device for cleaning the surface of a web comprises a cleaning support roller for moving the web in a specific direction by rotating while the outer surface supports the web to make the surface of the web face outward; and at least one cleaning agent-additional cleaning unit for cleaning the surface of the web supported by the cleaning support roller with a cleaning cloth wet with a cleaning agent. The cleaning agent-additional cleaning unit comprises a cleaning nip roller coming in contact with the surface of the web supported by the cleaning support roller; the cleaning cloth supported by the cleaning nip roller to clean the surface of the web; a cleaning cloth supplying and collecting part for supplying the cleaning cloth to the cleaning nip roller to be headed in the opposite direction to the heading direction of the web, and collecting the cleaning cloth from the cleaning nip roller; and a cleaning agent supplying part for supplying the cleaning agent to the cleaning cloth supplied to the cleaning nip roller.
