FIELD: chemistry.SUBSTANCE: crystal fragments are successively washed in three apparatus of an ultrasonic process system. In the first apparatus, the crystal fragments are washed in aqueous solution of a detergent while applying a moving ultrasonic field, after which the detergent solution is bubbled with air. In the second apparatus, washing is carried out in clean water with application of a moving ultrasonic field. In the third apparatus, the crystal fragments are washed in dionised water with application of a moving ultrasonic field.EFFECT: high efficiency and environmental friendliness of cleaning artificial crystals, reduced labour cost of the cleaning process.2 dwg |
