FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, and can be used for water-jet surgical interventions. The surgical instrument comprises a nozzle. The nozzle is movable by a hydraulic drive from a retracted, or passive, position into an advanced, or active, position. The instrument is actuated by a hydraulic fluid supplied into an instrument tip through a pipe or a hose. The fluid, e.g. sodium chloride to be administered into a tissue, can be used as the hydraulic fluid supplied into the nozzle.
