MAIL DEVICE AND MAIL PROCESSING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mail device that can effectively utilize reply mail even when a registrant sends the reply mail without waiting for mail to be distributed.SOLUTION: A mail processing device includes: a character string generation part which generates a character string corresponding to information; a mail distribution part which distributes distribution mail in which the generated character string and a combination of a choice and an item changing in importance with the order of the choice are entered; a mail reception part which receives reply mail having a choice selected for the distribution mail; and a mail analysis part which analyzes the character string and choice included in the reply mail. The mail analysis part estimates the choice of the distribution mail from a character string or choice of past distribution mail received by the mail reception part even before the distribution mail is distributed.
