PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display a plurality of combinations of one or a plurality of transactions corresponding to one payment upon reflection of feature of the payment from a payment source.SOLUTION: A billing and payment matching device of the present invention totals repeating same types of credits in a billing unit to create a combination unit; creates a combination unit composed of individual credits for other credits; extracts a part of the created combination units in descending order from the highest priority of segments of the combination units defined according to the context of the due date and whether or not the combination unit is the repeating same type of credit; matches a payment amount with the total amount of a predetermined number of combinations selected from the extracted combination units; and repeats processing to display the amount of credits included in the combination in which the amounts are matched.
