<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a small-sized cylinder device with a booster mechanism.SOLUTION: A first piston (10) is inserted in a housing (2) so as to hermetically move in a vertical direction, and a second piston (20) is inserted in a cylinder hole (14) of the first piston (10) in a vertical direction. A lock chamber (40) is formed below the first chamber (40), and a release chamber (42) is formed above those. A booster mechanism (52) is disposed so as to boost force which pressure fluid supplied into the lock chamber (40) pushes up the first piston (10) and transmit the obtained force to the second piston (20) upward. An engagement ball (58) of the booster mechanism (52) can be switched between a state in which the first piston (10) is not relatively moved upward to the second piston (20) and a state in which the first piston (10) is relatively moved upward to drive boosting.</p> |
