PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photoelectric conversion device capable of preventing a change of a pixel signal level.SOLUTION: An image sensor makes a current flow having a level according to the voltage of a node N3 to a signal line SL1 while making an output current flow of a photodiode 39 to a reset node N2 in a period when a transfer signal TA1 is in the H level. In a period when a transfer signal TB1 is in the H level, the image sensor makes a current flow having a level according to the voltage of the node N2 while making an output current flow of the photodiode 39 to the reset node N3. Thus, the output current of the photodiode 39 is prevented from flowing in the node N3 (or N2) during the period when the transfer signal TA1 (or TB1) is in the H level.
