PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing an electrolyte membrane with a gasket having a stable form.SOLUTION: A manufacturing device for an electrolyte membrane with a gasket manufactures an electrolyte membrane with a gasket by jointing a catalyst layer apply electrolyte membrane in which a catalyst layer 11 is provided in a predetermined region of an electrolyte membrane 12 to a gasket provided with an opening part having a shape corresponding to the predetermined region. It includes a pair of rollers 21 which are pasted together by pinching the catalyst layer apply electrolyte membrane and the gasket for press-contacting, a protruding part 25 which is provided on a surface of one roller 21 to be engaged with the opening part of the gasket, in the pair of rollers 21 facing each other, a metal blade 26 having heating means of a height equal to the protruding part 25 or higher, having a shape larger than the opening part 131, and a roller control part which operates the pair of rollers 21 so that, in a state in which the protruding part 25 is engaged with the opening part 131, the gasket is thermally fused and cut with a nip pressure of the pair of rollers 21 while welded to an end part of the catalyst layer apply electrolyte membrane 10 for sealing. |
