<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wireless LAN management method and a system capable of threading a wireless LAN parent unit with a radio terminal subordinate thereto.SOLUTION: A wireless LAN management system includes: a wireless LAN parent unit (20) connected to a radio terminal (50); a management server (10) connected to the wireless LAN parent unit through a network (40); and a dynamic DNS server. The management server registers the own URL information including predetermined process information into the DNS server. When a first packet according to the URL information is transmitted from the radio terminal to the dynamic DNS server, the wireless LAN parent unit snoops into the first packet, and notifies the management server of the process information acquired from domain information, if the domain information of a predetermined format is included. The management server determines whether or not the same information as the process information received from the wireless LAN parent unit is included in a second packet received from the radio terminal as an access request.</p> |
