PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative sheet having high formability and scratch resistance, capable of exerting a stereoscopic effect when molded into a decorative resin molded article.SOLUTION: A decorative sheet at least includes: a substrate layer 1; a first protective layer 2; a second protective layer 3 formed on part of the first protective layer 2. The first protective layer 2 includes: an inorganic particle whose particle size is 5 μm or less; and a particle whose particle size is 8 μm or more. Specifically, the inorganic particle is a silica particle and the particle is at least one of an inorganic particle or a resin particle. The decorative sheet is formed through vacuum molding and injection molding.
