<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing device which suppresses the degradation of the quality of a fixed image.SOLUTION: The fixing device includes: a heating member; a belt member 20 heated by the heating member; pressure means 30 coming into contact with the outer peripheral surface of the belt member 20, to form a contact part; a first fixing roller 23 and a second fixing roller 24 arranged inside the belt member 20 and pressing the pressure means 30 through the belt member 20; and a pressing member 25 arranged between the first fixing roller 23 and the second fixing roller 24 and pressing the pressure means 30 through the belt member 20. The pressing member 25 has a pressing surface formed along the shape of the pressure means 30 and the thickness of the central part of an elastic layer provided in the pressing surface in the conveyance direction of the belt member 20 is made larger than the thickness of both ends of the elastic layer in the conveyance direction of the belt member.</p> |
