<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To record a focus detection point at the time when an image is captured and focus detection data on an image file, to allow a user to use the data.SOLUTION: An information processing apparatus includes: an imaging device comprising a first pixel group for photo-electrically converting a subject image from a first exit pupil region of an imaging lens, a second pixel group for photo-electrically converting a subject image from a second exit pupil region of the imaging lens, and a third pixel group for imaging which photo-electrically converts a subject image from an exit pupil region including at least the first and second exit pupil regions of the imaging lens; a focus detection unit which detects focus information of the imaging lens by use of a first image signal obtained from the first pixel group and a second image signal obtained from the second pixel group; an image processing unit which converts imaging data captured by the third pixel group to an image file to be recorded and stored; and a data recording unit for recording detection data detected by the first and second pixel groups. The detection data detected by the first and second pixel groups are recorded in the image file so that the focus information can be acquired from the image file.</p> |
