To appropriately restore a degraded image, this information processing device comprises: a correct solution identifier output means for outputting a correct solution identifier for identifying a learning image; a feature vector computing means for computing the feature vectors of at least some patches which are included in registered patches which are registered in a dictionary for compositing a restored image; and a search similarity computation means for computing a similarity computation technique for sorting the correct solution identifiers to be appended to the registered patches, on the basis of the feature vectors.
