PURPOSE: An immediate voice message conversion/transmitting service using voice posting is provided to transmit a voice message after synthesizing and modulating well known person's memorized voice message. CONSTITUTION: A voice posting system immediately modulates voice and tone by a user's demand. New voice option is easily added by inputting several voice analysis data. Therefore, the service provider easily keeps up with user's need. For example, if users demand a cartoon character's voice, the service provider adds the cartoon character's voice service by adding simple voice analysis data of the character without altering the system.
