PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid oxide fuel cell stack, and a flexible seal for use therein.SOLUTION: A seal is formed from ceramic fibers and ceramic powder. The seal may be formed by forming ceramic fibers, ceramic powder, a binder and a non-aqueous solvent, tape-casting a slurry, drying the tape seal and die-cutting, prior to installation in a fuel cell stack. |
