Provided in the present invention are an antibody identifying and binding HA1 structural domains of hemagglutinin (HA) proteins of subtype H1 and H5 influenza viruses, and cell lines produce the antibody. The antibody can be used in the preparation of a pharmaceutical composition for preventing and/or treating subtypes H1 and H5 influenza virus infections and/or diseases caused by the infections.
