<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an annular surgical structure which assists in keeping a lumen open for a long time for placement between approximated sections of intestinal tract or other tubular organs in an anastomosis procedure.SOLUTION: The structure comprises at least one inner ring 102 of a first material, and a middle ring 104 of a second material. The first material and the second material include a wound treatment material consisting of at least one of an adhesive, a sealant and a medicament.
