The present invention relates to a sliding gate apparatus, including a contactless safety sensor, capable of preventing a safety accident and damage of the gate apparatus since the opening and closing operations of a door are controlled by sensing an obstacle which approaches the edge of the lateral and lower sides of the closing side of the door which moves over the trace of a circular arc in a contactless way based on the change of capacitance. The sliding gate apparatus including a contactless safety sensor of the present invention includes: at least two gate bodies which form a path for entrance by being installed in facility which demands an entrance control and include light sensors for sensing an entrance in an entry part and an exit part; and a door which moves toward the path on the trace of the circular shape by being installed in each gate body in order to open and close the path for entrance. The sliding gate apparatus includes: a sensor body unit which is mounted along the edge of the lateral and lower sides of the closing side of a door and includes an electrode for sensing capacitance; a sensing unit which senses the change of the capacitance of the electrode for sensing capacitance; and a control unit which controls the opening and closing operations of the door in case of being determined that an obstacle is sensed based on the change of capacitance which is sensed in the sensing unit. |
