According to the present invention, an apparatus for peeling the surface of a lens, for example, can push or pull a support frame, which support and transfers a peeler, using magnetic force without a motor. Therefore, a linear motor with high performance and at a high price does not need to be used. Consequently, not only production costs of a product can be reduced but also generation of noise and overheating of the motor can be prevented. Moreover, a cover member is attached on at least one contact surface where a magnet and an electromagnet, which push or pull the supporting frame with magnetic force, contact each other. The cover member covers a portion or the whole surface of the contact surface. Therefore, generation of noise and breakage, caused by collision between the magnet and the electromagnet, are efficiently prevented. Furthermore, change of a structure of the apparatus for peeling the surface of a lens is minimized so as to make a process of designing the product easier. |
