The present invention relates to a portable terminal mounting pad which is installed in a vehicle to store a portable terminal inside the vehicle, puts a display unit of a portable terminal upright to enable a passenger of the vehicle to conveniently view the display unit, and is detached from a portable terminal to be used as a parking number plate of the vehicle. The portable terminal mounting pad includes a storage unit installed inside a vehicle and having a side surface portion protruding from an edge of a bottom plate to store a portable terminal inside; and a notification plate inserted into and arranged inside the storage unit and having a number or a letter displayed on a front surface, wherein the side surface portion includes a mounting groove vertically or slantly stood on the bottom plate while the portable terminal is inserted, and the number or letter displayed on the notification unit is exposed outside the vehicle if the portable terminal is detached from the storage unit. |
