An apparatus for measuring surface temperature of a steel plate inside accelerated cooling equipment is provided to minimize the interference of water by removing the water between a light-receiving part and a steel sheet with high pneumatic pressure. An apparatus for measuring surface temperature comprises: a first light-receiving part(100a) measuring the surface temperature of the upper part of a steel sheet in the start-up performance of accelerated cooling equipment; a second light-receiving part measuring the surface temperature of the lower part of the steel plate when the first light-receiving part measures the surface temperature of the steel sheet; a vertical moving part(200) descending the first light-receiving part by being descended when the first light-receiving part measures the surface temperature of the upper part of the steel sheet; a rotatable connecting pipe(300) connected to the vertical moving part; and a pneumatic cylinder(400) which controls the movement of the rotatable connecting pipe. The connection pipe rotates at fixed speed in case of being crashed to the upper part of the steel sheet. The pneumatic cylinder minimizes the distance between the steel sheet and the first light-receiving part in case the first light-receiving part measures the temperature of the upper part of the steel sheet by controlling the movement of the rotatable connecting pipe. |
