The present invention includes: a pair of frames; a photoelectric element to be mounted on the frame; an optical block to be connected with the pair of the frames on an outer peripheral surface, and formed with an insertion hole to which an optical transmission line is inserted; and an optical transmission path to be inserted into the optical block through the insertion holes and to be aligned with the photoelectric element.
