The present invention relates to heat resistant artificial dust and a manufacturing method thereof. More specifically, provided are heat resistant artificial dust, whose size distribution is designated by a national institution, and a manufacturing method thereof comprising a step of forming copolymer spherical particles by copolymerizing monomers including styrene and styrene derivatives, and trimethoxysilyl propyl methacrylate (MPS); and a step of forming a silica shell on the surface of the spherical particles by a sol-gel reaction of alkoxy silane compounds.
