<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a phase synchronization oscillator which increases and decreases output power of an amplifier connected via a voltage controlled oscillator controlled by voltage to which temperature compensation is performed, supplied from a voltage control circuit with small variation, with sufficient accuracy, so as to be outputted from an output terminal. <P>SOLUTION: The phase synchronization oscillator is equipped with: the voltage controlled oscillator which has a frequency control voltage input terminal for controlling oscillation frequencies and a voltage input terminal for controlling oscillation power; the amplifier which has temperature characteristics for amplifying and outputting a high frequency signal to be output from the voltage controlled oscillator; and the voltage control circuit which has a temperature sensor, inputs voltage which changes from reference voltage to the voltage input terminal of the voltage controlled oscillator by an output signal of the temperature sensor, increases and decreases power of a power non-saturated region of the amplifier via the voltage controlled oscillator. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
