Disclosed are a power control system and a method thereof. A power control system according to one aspect of the present invention includes: a wireless terminal which wirelessly transmits a signal including a unique identifier periodically; and at least one wireless plug which is connected to at least one electric device, checks whether the unique identifier is a predetermined unique identifier when the signal including a unique identifier is received, and turns on or off power supplied to the electric device by responding to the control setting of the electric device when the unique identifier is the determined unique identifier.
