The present invention relates to a light emitting device and a lighting apparatus including the same. The light emitting device includes: a substrate; an LED mounted on one side of the substrate; a fluorescent body layer formed on one side of the substrate to cover the LED; and heat dissipating holes which are formed on the substrate to be placed apart from the outer side of the fluorescent body layer. According to the present invention, dark spots are not generated in a light emitting area of the light emitting device.
