A hot stamping forming device according to the present invention comprises a lower mold where a forming material is mounted in an upper end part; an upper mold installed to be elevated in an upper part of the lower mold, press-forming the material into a certain shape when descended; and a coolant circulation tube differentially cooling each part of the material by circulating coolant as arranged inside the upper mold and the lower mold and coating conductive materials for elevating thermal conduction only on selected parts of the surface.
