<p>The present invention relates to a method for purifying chemically labeled nucleic acids. More particularly, the present invention relates to a convenient and efficient method for purifying labeled nucleic acids in a fast manner with high efficiency from a mixture of unreacted hydrophobic probes, unreacted nucleic acids and labeled nucleic acids. In particular, the present invention relates to a convenient method for purifying labeled nucleic acids in a fast manner with high efficiency from a mixture of unreacted hydrophobic chemical probes, unreacted nucleic acids and labeled nucleic acids, comprising the steps of reacting hydrophobic chemical probe and nucleic acids in an aqueous solution to prepare a reacted solution; adding organic solvent to the reacted solution and stirring it to obtain a mixed solution; and centrifuging the mixed solution and removing organic solvent phase.</p> |
