PURPOSE: A copper liner for a shaped charge and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve productivity thereof, and to minutely and uniformly form a structure thereof. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a copper liner for a shaped charge includes: a step of forming an injection-moldable feedstock (313) with mixing copper powder with a binder; a step of forming an injection-molded body with injecting the feedstock into a liner-shaped mold (33); a step of removing the binder from the injection-molded body; a step of sintering the injection-molded body in an inert atmosphere; and a step of implementing a hot isostatic pressing (HIP) process on a sintered body in order to increase the density of the sintered body. The shape of the copper liner is one of a simple cone, a hemisphere, a trumpet, or a corrugated cone. |
