The present invention relates to a sewage discharge structure of a sewage settling tank, and more specifically, to a sewage discharge structure of a sewage settling tank which emits sewage only located in the upper side part of a settling zone to the outside when the settling zone in which microorganism particles and sludge sink though a convection current of sewage incoming to the sewage settling tank is formed. The present invention can maintain the best condition of a sewage inlet horizontal collecting pipe by a brush member which flows along the sewage settling tank. The inside of the sewage inlet horizontal collecting pipe consists of an export means, and then clogging of the sewage inlet horizontal collecting pipe doesn′t occur. So, the present invention can minimize a generation rate of moss and algal bloom by closing the upper surface of a drain using a waterway cover.
