A compound selected from the group consisting of a bicyclic heteroaryl compound of formula (I), a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, a hydrate thereof, and a solvate thereof: wherein, X is S or NR1, R1 is H or C1-4 alkyl; E is C6-14 aryl or C2-13 heteroaryl, wherein E is optionally substituted with one to three substituents selected from the group consisting of halogen, —NO2, —CN, —CF3, C1-6 alkyl, C3-8 cycloalkyl, —NH2, C1-6 alkylamino, diC1-6 alkylamino, C1-6 alkoxy, —S—C1-6 alkyl, —S(O)2—C1-6 alkyl, —S(O)2—C1-6 alkylamino, —S(O)2-diC1-6 alkylamino, —C(O)—C1-6 alkyl, carboxyl, —C(O)2—C1-6 alkyl, —C(O)—C1-6 alkylamino, —C(O)-diC1-6 alkylamino, C6-14 aryl, C1-13 heteroaryl and C2-13 heterocycloalkyl, wherein said substitutuents aryl, heteroaryl and heterocycloalkyl are optionally each independently additionally substituted with C1-6 alkyl, halogen, diC1-6 alkylamino or C1-6 alkoxy; and Y is wherein, Z is O, OCH2 or NR2; wherein R2 is —H, —OH, C1-3 alkyl; n is 0, 1 or 2; W is —H, —C1-6 alkyl, —C(O)—C1-6 alkyl, —C(O)—C6-14 aryl, —C(O)—C1-13 heteroaryl, —C(O)2—C1-6 alkyl, —C(O)2—C6-14 aryl, —C(O)—C1-6 alkylamino or C1-13 heteroaryl, wherein said aryl and heteroaryl are optionally each independently substituted with a C1-6 alkyl, a halogen, a C1-6 alkoxy, or a C3-8 cycloalkyl; W′ is —C(O)—C1-6 alkyl, —C(O)—C6-14 aryl or C1-5 heteroaryl, wherein said aryl and heteroaryl are optionally each independently substituted with a C1-6 alkyl, a halogen, a C1-6 alkoxy, or a C3-8 cycloalkyl; and W″ is —C(O2)—C1-6 alkyl or C1-5 heteroaryl, wherein said heteroaryl is optionally substituted with a C1-6 alkyl, a halogen, a C1-6 alkoxy, or a C3-8 cycloalkyl.
