The present invention relates to an optical semiconductor illuminating apparatus which includes a base which includes a semiconductor optical device on the bottom thereof, a base frame which is arranged along the edge of the base to form a first path, and a heat sink frame which is arranged on the upper side of the base frame and the base and forms a second path which is connected to the first path. The weight of the heat sink is reduced. The heat sink is suitable for an illuminating apparatus with various outputs. |
