When an area or a space is heated to roast meat with energy of the high temperature using a common roaster, an area or a space is heated more than enough. Thereby, since energy density per unit area is reduced, energy is wasted. Therefore, the roaster that provides energy to the whole surface of the meat and can roast the meat at high temperatures with little energy by a method of scanning both surfaces of the meat rotated. So, not only time and energy for cooking can be saved but also the meat can be prevented from being partially scorched. |
