1. A lesion diagnosis apparatus to determine a regularity of a shape of a lesion, the apparatus comprising:
a lesion area detecting processor configured to form a lesion area by selecting virtual points along a boundary of a lesion included in an image; and a lesion diagnosing processor configured to determine the regularity of the shape of the lesion by analyzing a correlation of the selected virtual points, wherein the correlation of the selected virtual points is analyzed through angles corresponding to the selected virtual points, lengths corresponding to the selected virtual points, areas corresponding to the selected virtual points, or any combination of two or more thereof corresponding to the selected virtual points, in relation to a virtual oval.
