The present invention relates to an electric compressor including a compression unit, an electric motor, housing, a cover, and a motor-driven circuit. A metal terminal connects the electric motor electrically to the motor-driven circuit. A coupling base is coupled to the housing, and the motor-driven circuit is coupled to the coupling base. The coupling base and the housing respectively include an insertion unit accommodating the inserted metal terminal. At least one of the coupling base and the housing includes protrusion units. The protrusion units are spaced apart from the insertion unit. The remaining one among the coupling base and the housing includes an accommodation unit storing the protrusion units. The coupling base is arranged on the housing by the connection of the insertion units of the coupling base and the housing, and the coupling of the protrusion units and the accommodation unit. |
