According to an embodiment of the present invention, provided is a method in which a server provides a question and answer service for a user terminal through an application installed in a user terminal, which includes the steps of: (a) receiving question request information from a first user terminal; (b) transmitting a first notification message to a second user terminal according to the receipt of the question request information; (c) receiving answer information corresponding to the question request information from the second user terminal; and (d) transmitting a second notification message based on the receipt of the answer information to the first user terminal. |
