Disclosed is a spot seeder device for forcibly emitting seeds. The disclosed spot seeder device for forcibly emitting seeds is installed between a seed pocket (200) of a seeder and a seed plate (300). The disclosed spot seeder device (100) for forcibly emitting seeds comprises: a housing(110); a seed supplying roller (120) which is built in the housing (110), is connected to a driving axis(150) penetrating the housing to an axial direction, and rotates with the driving axis, wherein a plurality of seed pocket grooves (121) are formed with predetermined intervals on the circumference; a plunger (130) inserted into the seed pocket grooves(121) while forming a bottom floor of the seed pocket grooves, and capable of moving forward and backward along the depth direction of the seed pocket grooves; and the seed pocket grooves (121).
